WiFi radios have unshackled internet radio from the PC, but they sometimes leave a little to be desired when it comes to the GUI. If you are hunting down a WiFi signal to make use of your portable Pico WiFi then the little black box itself is not particularly forthcoming about what's in the area and how strong the signal is.
Enter stage left, the ThinkGeek Wi-Fi Detector Shirt. Now you can display the current WiFi signal strength to yourself and everyone around you. The glowing bars on the front of the shirt dynamically change as the surrounding signal strength fluctuates. The animation is battery powered via a pack on the back of the shirt and the decal can be removed when you wash the shirt itself.
We could have really done with this when we were trying to track down a blackspot in the signal at WiFi Radio Towers the other day.
