We reported last week that Pandora was hinting at an upcoming portable WiFi radio player, but were cryptically vague about the details.
Now, thanks to TechCrunch we can bring you some background information.
As we suggested, the player will be built by SanDisk and the prototype bears more than a passing resemblance to their Sansa Connect player, just one that has been stretched a little.
Hardware details are sketchy such as whether the device will contain a hard disk or flash memory for caching.
